The median nerve presents with flattened and hypoechoic signal, measuring 15.6cm2 in cross-sectional area, at the level of the carpal tunnel at the volar aspect of the wrist. No hyperaemia was observed under Power Doppler.
Findings are in keeping with carpal tunnel syndrome.
